im prob around level 3, trying to change my pheno rn. I saw this post a month ago and it motivated me to start.
I haven't been very consistent but I have noticed a decent change. I don't cringe in the mirror anymore.

However i'm not sure if its the kojic acid or if it's because i'm getting very little UV exposure.

Yep going to test my method out my self ill post my results in here in around 6 months or so, wont be doing menobenzone since i want to be fitzpatrick 3 not 1-2 lol but ill be doing IM glutathione with oral vit c at first. im currently fitzpatrick 4 (ethnic brown) and a shade should be achievable in around 12-16 weeks of using my stack. If not my last resort is chemical skin peels (2 layers off) then heal and use stack + mequinol then finally 3 years use monobenzone and become fully white.

And does it work till now
