oily i have recipe for accutane (but i fix my skin without it) i think about it

low dose accutane had other benefits for me other than skin. my hair started to look more wavy and textured cuz i didnt need to wash as often. also said to have some anti aging effects

Philtrum looks like a way bigger problem imo

you gotta address the philtrum, grow a lower third and for the nose, get accutane if u are done growing and if not use hydrocortisone or tret ive used both, both works but is a temporary fix
