I have a lot of bone mass, but when I was a child I was very fat. I think I have a high body fat percentage for someone my weight, but I'm very thin. I weigh 59kg and I'm 1.82m tall. How can I make my bones more visible?

I'm doing cardio every day, eating lots of bananas, and using debloat methods (200mg caffeine, 1000mg vitamin C, those basic things).

you can get your bonemass more visible by doing massai jumps and eating cheese. you can also do sam sulek curls to further increase visibility of your bonemass

But like, my family has very prominent bones, since they've always been thin. I saw people telling me to use Aqualyx because I might have localized fat.
If you’re thin and your bones arent popping out it means you’re boneless. So if you’re in puberty maximize it, or get filler/surgery

Ur prob boneless then cuz I store alot of fat in my face and my bones still show even when im bloated, best advice I can give u is to debloat if they arent showing then ur boneless
 
my bones show, but i want more definition, when I am in the sun the shadows of my bones appear a lot
