sleep 9 hours, heavy training, eat enough protein and calories, eat zinc, magnesium, calcium, get sunlight, get amino acids (glycine, arginine, glutamine) that support hgh release, keep cortisol low, and do cold exposure (like cold baths, cold showers), and avoid high sugar at nighttime
remember u need hgh production to produce igf-1
