How to maxxing my puberty im 14 y.o 167cm 60 kg im people say to me i look like child dont rate me please im know i good yet

wait for the puberty to kick in, lol some people are "late bloomers" which is good because in most cases they end up taller than the other people, as a 14yo with no credit card or something, you could only just use 10mg of zinc picolinate every night and 1mg of melatonin, to increase growth that's something and it's def better than nothing


also go to gym cuz it's free you have parents and if they don't want you going to the gym just train cal until you can go to a gym, and eat shit ton

Im training at home and have suplementy like:zinc magnezium omega 3+d3 and k2
 
You can do the following:
  1. Eat, sleep well
  2. train moderately at the gym
  3. take exogenous hormones (optional)

take melatonin and use zinc before sleeep for the growth hormone release, sometimes timing plays a role

listen to me only, swim a lot during your week 3 sessions of 1 or 1.5hr of intense swimming on your back and going underwater, lean bulk and have a great hormonal balanced diet with great micronutrients valor, eat once a week junk food but stay in yoour calories, you wanna have max a 700 calorie weekly surplus, you'll build a whole back, height if genes are on your side and get wide like the door, in your late teens and learn stuff about life and get to like stuff and have hobbies you love and will stick to them

edit sleep a lot 9 hours at least daily and wake up early sleep at 9-11pm till 6-8am
