what matters most to the shape of the nose :

-water retention
-body fat%
-sebum
-skin thickness

what i did personally :

-Try to not go out when its hot/humid outside

-Tretinoin to shrink pores and reduce oil production

-hydrocortisone / betamethasone to thin the skin

-loop diuretics (furosemide) to deal with water retention, you can also just jug huge amounts of water

-any physical activity and eat well for bf%
