Today is day 7 and still holding up, but on day 5 I could already tell that I've made a significant progress.
Basically, I've been going out on 20-25 minute walks in peak sun in UV 8-9 Index and staying in the sun the whole time without any SPF. Before this, I've been avoiding the sun like the plague because I thought it would age me and give me skin cancer because my skin is naturally very fair and I burn very easily. This time, for whatever reason, I did not burn at all and now I'm building a tolerance and also getting more tan.
Ever since I started UVmaxxing, I have not seen a new pimple form and the ones that I had when I began have shrunk and healed without leaving any marks. My skin is now in perfect harmony; it's not producing excessive oil and I do not experience any dryness. Before, my skin would cycle between slightly oily and extremely dry.
Apparently, the UV light kills the bacteria that kills the acne, suppresses inflammation plus it will make you tan which is a pleasant looksmax.
