How I fat shame landwhales at my office

1. I compare them to actual women
One time I told a group of landwhales who were asking me about my trip to Croatia. "the people there are so thin , I better stop talking before I get in trouble." (keep in mind these people were all fat.) They all looked angry

Another time I told a landwhale "wow people at the gym look so different from people here." She seemed angry

2. I insult their eating habits
One an obese woman had a huge stack of donuts on her plate and I said "wow, how are you going to eat all that" in a joking manner.

Another time I pointed to a young landwhales food and said "wow, I couldn't eat all that."

3. Bring up my "girlfriend" around them
Sometimes I will bring up my girlfriend around them to make them feel bad, even though I don't have one.
