after having 2 big macs, gonna fast all day tmrw to make up for it, just had a 5 hour energy and getting geeked again, watching a nice show, 3 hours of sleep @ey88 @Iooksmax and losing 20lb in 1/2 months

the fries are the main issue at mcdonalds , not the burgers bigmac has 580 cals, 2 has 1160.

Large fries has the same calories as a whole burger, and seciates you less. The whole massive mcflurry has the same calories as french fries.

Theres only 165 calories per 100 grams. Very good macros.
