find protein alternatives for the goyslop you like

example:

if you like doritos or smthn, get nacho quest protein chips

like 140cals and 20g of protein

if you like chicken nuggets
get realgood chicken nuggets
i forget the macros but they’re really good like 500 cals for 120g of protein for a whole BAG
