How i fix my gyno

how can i fix my gyno, i have 15 years old and its a big insecurity, above all when i go to the beach, everyone tells me it will go away with time, but is there at least some way to cover it up better?

More muscle. If that does not work then there are surgical options. I could also be poor hormone regulation. Low test and higher e2 and whatnot.

lol just cut your chest open a little bit and take the gyno out then just stitch it back together
