ive heard of soft palate pushing. with the back of your tongue you push hard on your soft palate or even thumbs if you are a crazy mf, but idk if its cope or not it sounds convincing to me, probably takes a lot time to work

pushing or pulling, whatever is it called, you put thumbs into your mouth and find zygos in front of your chewing teeth, then you stand against a wall, shoulders back, chin tuck and then push your zygos up, it should align them

i have braces and i dont think it'll work cos of that. Orthodontists gonna make me recessed after 4 teeth extractions
