How do I grow a lower third and fix my left eye it’s uneven and I have to much UEE

I also have recessed infra and eyebags any thing I can do to somewhat fix my under eye
Also lwk got a big nose any small fixes.
Any other suggestions to change to would be great.
I’m pretty young so obviously I’m not gonna do surgery or anything and I have already had a herbst appliance and braces in terms of dental appliances.
