How i fixed my skin from this:

Coping with skincare routines like retinol, cleanser, moisturizer etc

To this:

TLDR: 40mg accutane and 0.5mg duta every day

I went to doctor they all gave me temporary
prescriptions solutions like epiduo and topical steroids and of course non of it worked. And it just made my skin even worse well tbh i didnt bother taking the topical steroids out since i was scared of side effects like skin peeling, irritation and etc.
But i just asked the doctor to give me accutane but she refused said i had to do other treatments before she could give it to me. But i asked for duta and she was like a new doctor and didnt even know what duta was but i just said i was scared of balding and she searched it up on google ofc jfl and said ye sure looks safe.
Then i ordered accutane online and started on 0.5mg duta and 40mg accutane a day and my skin cleared after 2-3 months. Honorable mentions how i cleared my skin was to cut out all skin care products and take astaxanthin and lycopene 10mg each every day

I have a derm appointment in February, hope he prescribes me Accutane. I'll just go on a rant about how acne has ruined my mental health since apparently that's the strat. I've tried with my family doctor but that bitch just gives me shitty copes like tretinoin and antibiotics to fuck up my gut

Yup thats their protocol to do evey other cope treatment to fuck up your skin more before they give the only solution. But yea if you really go in for it and said youve tried everything else you might get it good luck
