Started sleeping on my back.
Was doing it for different reasons but noticed my jaw is basically symetical on both sides. It's hard to transtion from side sleeping cause your body's muscles get used to being in certain positions.
But back sleeping mogs hard in terms of letting each muscle (including massetters) find their natural resting position. It didn't happen overnight cause muscles are all connected so my neck, traps, shoulder all had to also relax before my jaw could fully relax.
Also helped my nasolabial folds not be as deep.
