This can be risky because having an irregular mouth posture can cause issues but I think Im fine personally
This can fraud dimorphism and sfs.
But I only do this when im at school or outside which I barely go anyway, so I think no issues will be caused.

Step 1: close your mouth,
Step 2: Take your tongue and push it into your lower lip, only pushing it slightly forward, your upper and lower teeth should be seperated by tongue
Step 3: Take your tongue, and put it very very slightly behind and pushing your lower teeth, still seperating upper and lower jaw
Step 4: hold that.
Step 5: make sure ur not sucking ur cheeks and the rest of ur mouth is relaxed, it should feel barely or no tension.
What this does:
This opens your upper and low jaw more, so this completely frauded my short face syndrome and hollow cheeks since my entire jaw is spreading out.
This can fraud recession growth by pushing your jaw slightly, but its a minor fix.
