i get all of my isotret (aknenormin) pills for free, fully paid for by my health insurance here in cz. the way to get this is ez asf and probably works for most EU countries, you just need to find a derm that isn't a complete cunt and will just write that you have acne nodulocystica which makes you eligible for that. mine did, despite telling her i just wanna get rid of acne to fix my acne scars (good reason for getting isotret prescribed even if you don't get it free)

yeah, i think most derms are chill with prescribing isotret bc its literally the ONLY treatment that actually gets rid of acne completely. if theyre unwilling you just have to be a little adamant that this really is what you want and you understand the risks and shit involved

For me personally money isn't much of problem it's the commitment and the research I need before hand to feel comfortable I want to get jaw implants and Rhinoplasty. I can easily blow my money on watches, clothes and fragrances because they are low commitment but surgery is life altering so you need to be cautious

The therapist told me accent is something that is people pick up naturally with the people they are around. It takes time but most people's accent changes significantly after many years. Arnold when he first came to the U.S had a typical Austrian farmer accent but it completely changed. The speech therapy is just to speed up the entire process
