After reading this might start leaving rubber bands on my finger joints every night. Having nice hands is under rated and haven't seen enough threads on it tbh. I have talked to some girls and can confirm they are very invested with hands and how guys hands look, lookup "yaoi hands" if you don't believe me, it's literally used in fiction and porn aimed towards women.

Anyway, I know with bonesmashing higher intensity short duration is better, but I feel like if you're actually stretching/growing something length-wise, duration is better. Will report if I end up with crippling arthritis or not.
