i grow 1.5cm every month, ts pattern has been repeating for the last 4ish months, im 15 almost 16 (few months) so maybe its js puberty, but heres what i did,

keep in mind that ts is all pseudoscience and js a theory that might work (worked for me but)

the only difference that i made was my test levels, they increased from around 300 to 1100

every night before bed i drank a raw egg and instantly went to bed and jerked my shi without busting, basiaclly js semen retention, and it would release naturally through sleep, but i dont think ts was the main factor of my growth

the biggest change was my diet.

i had actually fallen for the "lean is law" propaganda and used to eat 0 carbs, thinking that i would grow, i changed up my diet to only carbs and protein, legit js straight carbs, ts was jst an insane calorie surplus.

i also started going to a gym instead of doing shitty home workouts

ur diet should be protein and fats mainly, carbs not that much, u need to get carbs from raw milk raw honey small things like that not grains
