I was always going to the gym and doing sports. Back then I was fat and didn’t train for aesthetics, but purely for strength. Strength interested me more than muscle size. I was happy eating around 8,000 calories every day and then going to the gym to lift heavy weights. Because you train and like you’re constantly in a bulk, you don’t really look fat, more like a broad Viking with a big belly. Not really soft like a typical fat guy.
I watched videos of strongmen who ate as much as they wanted, benched 300 kg in the gym, then relaxed by playing a chill video game like Valheim. And somehow they never really had to look good in the mainstream sense, for some reason they were always married, and their wives were from a niche that finds big, muscular, heavy, strong men with beards and bald heads attractive. That’s exactly the kind of relaxed life I wanted from a health perspective.
Meanwhile now, I’m starving with a sub-27-inch waist and a Skull face, just to cling to an LTB. Fuck this life! I just want to eat 9 KFC buckets, then 6 packs of instant ramen, and finish it off with chips and cola.
