I dont think I look that bad but can I get any advice to start convo with woman I just havent imitated so maybe i dont look attractive to you but i have been told i am irl but they probably think I'm not speaking because I believe I'm better than them and I do but it's also because I don't know how to talk to girls or know if they even like me

Js be extremely out ward. Like extroverted dont think about what to say. Practice and expose yourself to those situations and it should resolve quickly. You could work on softmaxxing whike you do that

Yea sometimes you just overthink situations I just dont know how to stop it it's not even nerves it's just you build it up to be somthing and then you just put random pressure on you when shes probably more nervous than you

So your cutting. It depends how big your deficit is. People usually take the route of a long period of cutting in a small deficit imo an agressive cut with high protein with focus on lifting heavy and retaining strength is better but up to you. If your deficit is big expect faster results. You got the height so thats good

Yeah but its like if you do something for the first time your nervous by the 100th time its just repetitive and you become accustomed to it. I used to be nervous and stuff but i kind of just stopped caring by viewing it as something inferior. Ig if you think your better than the girl than you kinda dont care as much. In terms of just social maxxing making friends its just talking more and joining in on things. Just try and see how i5 goes

Cant afford gym but will star jumps squats sit ups and 1 minute plank help but it's not starving myself it's just 2 meals a day so 2 chopped bananas with a strawberry yogurt not loads just spread it across and save the yogurt for next day glass milk with it then dinner I'll have either steak pasta melted cheese with butter and then I'll put it in the airfryer for 3 mins and another meal will be sausages and obviously pasta and mince dont eat vegetables its gay and I'll probably add eggs for the sausages and steak meal

Make sure to use a foodscale and put into a foodlogger app. You cant guess unless your doing carnivore or omad. Calisthenics is good but for weight loss just going on walks is better than star jumps and planks.

True but foodscale is gay for me the only actual chocolate I'm having is just from advent calendar other than that I'm pretty solid I know I'm eating enough because I know I'm full and I know that the empty part is I just need to drink water and then boom settled

ok thats fine. Am i right in assuming you dont believe in calories and are carnivore or raw meat consumer ?
