.....in the long run.....basically eating as our ancestors did= HUNTED meat with all the fat/skin till satiety/full stomach, WITHOUT counting calories

in our case we eat 1/2 a rotisserie chicken or whole if you can or beef till you cant no more (+bonus CHEWING if harder meat ofc) with the fat on it+ greens/ vegetables but just a tiny bit for digestion (1-2 tomatoes, greens etc)
this will fill you up super quickly (protein+ fiber+ FAT) till the EVENING , which means you dont eat till 10-12 hours later/ evening= 2MAD (its important to eat a big ass breakfast >1000 cals, otherwise you WONT tolerate the fasting lol)
during the fasting you take about 2 caffeine pills spread throughout the day , half each time (100 mgs) OR half a cup of coffee each time for a total of 2 cups till the evening(so 4 times , at the moment you feel a tiny bit of hunger ) ; caffeine will make it easy for you to tolerate fasting; somehow being outside/moving/ not rotting basically
will also make you forget about eating till the evening; also i take tribulus, magnesium, l arginine, etc all kinds of stupid shit IN POWDER FORM, these somehow help too, but i dont have time to see how each one reacts and counter reacts to each other and which ones are actually appetite suppressant (maybe users can chime in
)
then we arrive at EVENING, where you eat again ONLY meat+ fat(on the meat) + tiny bit of greens for digestion= 0 GRAINS DIET, no sugars, no sweets, no grains, no potatoes, no soda, ONLY WATER is allowed- if u want sugars i recommend 1/2 teaspoon of honey or artificial sweeteners, it will make 0 dent- put it on top of the chicken
afterwards if you feel hungry just eat a tiny bit more of the chicken or a tiny slice of beef, then take 4-5 times dose of melatonin and youll fall asleep lol
AGAIN, this is with 0 EFFORT FOR ME, because i DIDNT CALCULATE ANY CALORIES, nor spend that much time to prepare food and eventually your body /cultural background will demand carbs so for 99% of ppl its unsustainable in the long run ofc, but there are ppl who KEEP EATING LIKE THIS their whole lives
