I was given orthotic insoles by my doctor years ago

I thought they were heightboosting me, it took me until recently to check how much height they gave me and was basically nothing

so how did they make you shorter exactly?

because everybody else wears heightboosters

so I was shorter than I should've been

if you wore the insoles in shoes then you definitely were taller than you should have been because in case you didnt realise this shoes boost your height by an inch usually even if your insoles were about 5-8 millimeters
