How I Frame Max (Simple)
If I want to look bigger without getting way heavier, I focus on frame maxxing.
Here’s what I do:
1. Spam side delts
Lateral raises 2–3x a week.
Wide shoulders = instant size.
2. Build my lats
Pull-ups, pulldowns, rows.
Wide back makes my waist look smaller.
3. Upper chest only
Incline presses > flat bench.
Gives that thick “armor” look up top.
4. Keep my waist tight
Don’t bulk sloppy.
Train abs, stay lean.
5. Fix posture
Chest up, shoulders back.
I look bigger immediately.
That’s it.
Wide shoulders + wide back + small waist = crazy frame.
