Sounds plausible. A little higher than my standards at the top end but for me I’d go

Level 1 - barely qualifies as gl - MMTN-HMTN. Maybe scraping low Htn barely

Level 2- solidly gl - MHTN textbook tbh or a little higher

Level 3- high tier gl - HHTN textbook, scrape low chadlite

Level 4- elite gl - low to mid chadlite+
