This is most basic knowledge but the supplement part works for me the most right now.
1: low cortisol
• Just be unemployed, and live life by consuming anything that makes ur dopamine go up. Truly unwind and don’t go to bed stressed abt BP or whatever u got going on in life
2: Dont eat greasy slop meals
• when I ate shitty food I was craving more carbs, binged at night and woke up a fatass and boneless. And that caused cortisol.
3: Magnesium + Melatonin 3MG + 20G of raw honey before bed.
• This is what works for me the best. Now I sleep like a tiger.
FEW EXTRAS I FORGOT TO MENTION
• cooling your room before sleep (30 mins before is perfect)
• small walk like 1-2 hours before bed + moongazing
• Some kinda noise in your room if you really have trouble falling asleep either white noise, noise from outside like a road nearby, air conditioner sounds.
Even small things can help with sleep.
