im gonna get lefort 1 to expand the maxilla and then use an expander for the palate, then cheek implants and BSSO should put my jaw in place. im already using braces at the moment to get ready

oh and some dr in my city is gonna take care of it. I can't say who because I'd get doxxed but he has good results imo. he does rhinoplasty too so thats another pro to it
