Been doing tons of research on ancillaries and supplements I should take while on cycle, and have created a short draft so that I can help other people and give a framework on what they can do for their health as well. (not suggesting you to take exactly what I'm taking, get bloodwork done and see what's ideal for you before incorporating anything new). I also included a short explanation + source to show reasoning on why I'm taking it. Let me know if this is valid.
currently cruising on 280 mg test c (will increase to 500), 10 iu gh, and 250 iu hcg 3x a week, aromasin is on hand but I'm doing daily injections and I haven't noticed any e2 sides.

Morning (with breakfast)
- Telmisartan 20–40 mg: (on 20 right now, I cut it in half since its a 40mg tablet) Controls blood pressure via ARB mechanism source
- Nebivolol 5 mg: Lowers heart rate and prevents LVH + encourages vasodilation source
- Citrus bergamot 500 mg: Improves lipid profile and glucose homeostasis - need this since im taking gh source
Afternoon (with snack)
Dinner (with protein)
- Fish oil 2 g EPA+DHA: Lowers triglycerides and inflammation source
- Ezetimibe 10 mg: Reduces LDL cholesterol absorption source
- CoQ10 200 mg + Melatonin 100 mg: Ubiquinol coq10 supports mitochondrial energy and heart recovery, melatonin mega dosed has A LOT of antioxidant benefits (Ubiquinol is the better more active form than ubiquinone, since its 1.5–2x higher plasma levels in older adults, and bypasses conversion step that declines with age) (coq10 to coq2 is ubiquinone to Ubiquinol) source - coq source - melatonin (before u shit on 100mg of melatonin, read the study)
