How I stopped being high inhib

Im still pretty high inhib, but now I can actually talk to people I don't know nd shit

I was so high inhib, I wouldn't talk to people on Discord

I just started posting on offtopic here alot
Then I started talking shit on Discord servers
Then I entered random vcs and talked shit
Then I spoke with random people on my class about normal things

Thats it bhais just be confident and you can talk to people
