I didn’t do anything super extreme to lose weight, I mostly just made sure I was obviously eating in a calorie deficit and staying consistent with it. I kept my meals really simple, mostly meat, and tried not to overthink it, which actually made it easier to stick to.I eat it raw because its more nutrioss was quicker and I didn’t feel like making a whole thing out of cooking. The biggest thing was just not eating as much overall. I also drank a lot on diet drinks, partly because they gave me something sweet without adding calories, but also because I liked having a flavor stick around in my mouth so I wasn’t always starveing. That actually helped me cut down on random snacking more than I expected. staying in a calorie deficit is really what made the difference for me.
:Skin
I saw a flaw with my skin that I didn’t feel like dealing with long term so I found quickest solution instead of wasting time trying a bunch of different creams. So I went on Accutane. I started at around 40 mg a day, which is pretty standard, and adjusted a bit as I went. First couple weeks were annoying, mainly just dry lips and skin, but it’s manageable if you dont let it get bad worst symptoms for me were nose bleeds in class and chapped lips. After that it just kind of does its thing. My skin started clearing up steadily and within a few months it was a noticeable difference. Not instant, but definitely one of the faster, more straightforward solutions if you just want it handled and done with.
:Hair
for my hair i switched my shampoo the best one for me was like the based stuff. I used the clay and shampoo and conditioner also I got my mom to take me to hair cuts around every month to month and a half, also i ask for a scissor cut now instead of getting a fade its easier to like style and imo looks better overall.
