How I'll looksmax my future son. (Romantic fools, GTFIH)

I can't wait to love my future son, and I'm going to make sure the world loves him too.

Infancy:
1: Prioritizing nasal breathing/tongue posture
  • Keeping nasal passages clear, gently using saline and a suction tool
  • Closing his lips when he's sleeping
  • Breastfeeding. It naturally promotes tongue posture, if breastfeeding is out of the question for some reason a wide-based bottle may be enough.
  • Checking for Ankyloglossia (tongue tie). Shouldn't be an issue for my son, but I'll still keep in mind
  • Use orthodontic pacifier so the tongue has room. Decrease pacifier use around 6 months and phase it out by 12 months if possible
  • Build neck and shoulder strength with tummy time for proper posture/jaw alignment. also helps skull development.
  • Alternate sides that the baby is held and fed for equal muscle development and to reduce the possibility of skull flatness
  • Tummy time, as stated before
  • Soundproofing/light blocking for uninterrupted sleep (HGH/deep sleep yap yap yap, if you're reading this you probably are already aware.)
  • Transitioning to solid foods as soon as it's appropriate
Early development (years 1-4):
  • Encourage sports and active hobbies (obvious. Always using sunscreen. Also good for social skills)
  • Healthy diet, probably enough to keep the kid slightly chubby.
  • Monitor posture and correct as needed (obvious, cringe anime sitting posture)
  • No IPad/handheld devices. TV will be allowed but limited.
  • Sinus issues run through my family, so I'll have to consult with an ENT around age 4 to see if anything will need to be corrected. You should be aware of any genetic imperfections that your family has and minimize them.
Childhood:
  • Healthy habits should already be established. Just keep monitoring.
  • Monitor snoring (warning sign of issues that could minimize proper development
  • Enforce proper hygiene.
  • Put a stop to any bad habits (nose picking, eye rubbing etc)
Preteen:
  • Introduce resistance training. If he hates it, encourage functional strength sports.
  • Keep encouraging posture, as the kid will likely find an interest in computer and mobile device shit
  • Monitor growth spurts for scoliosis. Unlikely, but you never know.
  • Prioritize proper nutrition and sleep. (obvious)
  • Teach him proper skincare
Teenager:
  • Monitor orthodontic and jaw health
  • Impact and resistance training/sports for bone development.
  • Ensure nutrition goals are met
Adult:
  • Introduce him to minoxidil, tell about the dangers of 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors for development before age 25. (is probably gonna be outdated by then but I'm putting it here anyways.)
  • He'll probably be a monarch at this point so..... yeah my job is done
I choose not to include peptides/drugs in his development because honestly my genetics don't need it and it would feel unethical to me. I'm pretty well off as is but if I'd grown up like this, everyone would know my name. Life won't work out exactly as I want it to of course, but this is better than my parents did.

Been thinking about this. I'll make sure he spends time outside with children his age as soon as possible for NT, and I'll be subtly maxing his IQ with books and logic puzzles.
