Well yeah I know Weston A. Price, actually implement some of his principles in my current diet, but I think you can never be too safe, for example, even with a good diet a child won't intuitively know to chew evening on both sides, proper breathing patterns or even how to swallow properly.

It's all the little details, it will probably be annoying as hell as a parent, and for the kid, to have to constantly remember all of these little rules and making sure they're being applied, but I suppose that's eventually learned with time to the point it becomes natural
