PCL Threads
For this procedure we will need 20 pcl screw threads which act like filler and will be done for the under eyes(insert at bottom of arrow) and then 10 barbed threads for the fox eye lift(insert at the arrow tip in diagram).
This is ideal for fixing the under eyes and Lifting the lateral canthus, this can be done with chin filler injections, in the same session and this costs around $50 extra dollars:

- How to DIY:
Apply Lidocaine - Wipe off
- Disenfact
- Mark out Undereyes and Temple
- Use needle to make an insertion point
- Insert PCL Threads Intradermally(10* angle) & Pinch skin as you go(there should be a grey silhouette of the thread through the skin
- Pull out while screwing
- Wipe with gauze and apply arnica gel
- Repeat as shown in the diagram
- Repeat under eye threads twice
