absolutely massive bro. If you struggled with body dismorphia or eating disorder before it's a huge mental and emotional change too. It helps u lose fat all around by controlling ur diet. I'm on it rn and aside from looking better I can seriously say i've never felt happier

As the guy above said it's very helpful but here's some stuff he didn't touch on, it hits everywhere including your face. Retatrutide is a triple agonist (GLP-1, GIP, glucagon) so it burns fat systemically not just in one area. Guys on the forum consistently report face gains within the first few weeks because buccal fat is some of the first to go. If you're above like 15% bf you'll notice your jawline and cheekbones come through way more. It's basically a face leanmaxxing shortcut on top of the body recomp.
