how imporant is sterility when pinning test

obviously it is but how deep is it? i drew in test and was switching to pin needle and some leaked FOR THE SECOND TIME. goy gpt said its unsafe first time so i wasted that ml of oil now what i should throw it away again? is it that deep or is it safe to pin in this situation?
