I would say his eyelashes are too short and it doesnt help that his upper eyelid is drooping

Nope they are great imo.Too big and they look feminine too short and u lose that cool shadowing effect

Eyebrows like this are ideal, but unfortunately is very rare to have upturned eyelashes.
Droppy eyelashes makes pfl seems lower and more nct
