how important are infraorbital implants really? seems like canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction surgery alone are sufficient most of the time

yeah his eyes would be deeper set with infa's and no more dark circles and bags for him either.

what? you realize he got infraorbital implants?

if i interpret these arrows correctly however retraction surgery and orbital decompression made the real changes here

fzckin hell man i need slayer eyes asap why do i have to live this nightmare seems like cosmetic eye surgery is still at the beginning

fuck this gay world

ok i allowed myself to quote @maxillalefort from this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/so-dr-...hort-online-consultation.229769/#post-3931928

"His assistant quoted me $4k for the lower bleph and $23k for the infraorbital rim implants (including anesthesia and hospital fee)."

yes i say bullshit. the implants are not even custom made and i think most of the changed are due to the lower eyelid work which means you can get the same results for 4k instead of 25-30k usd

i dont think its justified.

this being said: how expensive is orbital decompression with taban?

Orbital decompression yields better results as it gives you deepset eyes. Infraorbital rim implants provide projection to the midface and kill hollownesss

Probably around 15k for a 2 wall decompression. You could get the same thing done with an equally experienced thyroid eye disease surgeon for around 10k

I would rather get orbital decompression + eyelid with taban, then implant from infra to zigo with eppley.

why would you pay 23k for some plastic in your face which can always lead to infection at any point. also what if you get punched or get a ball in your face??

but i always knew these damn implants are what makes taban so expensive because you can get lower eyelid retraction surgery and canthoplasty/pexy easily between 2k-6k depending on country and surgeon

10k sounds fair

Better than I was expecting tbh. Although he charges more for a deeper decompression. If you get a medial and lateral walls removed with some fat tissue, that can give most people O’Pry level deep set eyes

Most guys just need a brow implant and upper blepheroplasty+filler

I’m not 100% sure it impacts PFL. I don’t think it does tho. I could only find information about orbital decompression making the eyes more vertically narrow, but I couldn’t find anything on horizontal width

I don’t think it does, I think eyelid width is genetic and unchangeable. If you look at before and after a of Graves’ disease, the eyes look smaller, but I don’t think they are any less vertically narrow

So it’s not a cope then? I remember months ago the general consensus was that infraorbital implants do jack shit

i think infraorbital implants are overrated

another pathetic implant result,i know psl autist probably think this an improvement but truth be told is that he would have ended up drastically looking better if he had just gotten orbital decompression
