I sleep about 6h per night and the morning i feel slow as fuck

How important is sleep les gars

download a red light filter like f lux stop using electronic equipment before bed, meditate etc
get your body clock to the circadian rythm. better sleep = less stress = better skin, better collagen levels, less tiredness around the eyes.

better growth and repair

I somehow feel better with 5-6h of sleep but I look like trash compared to what I look like with 8hrs of sleep

Get at least 8 and you'll feel a lot better. Sleep is also very important for gymcelling.
 
I have insomnia, so sleeping would be better and better than not sleeping, these are things that usually nibble and are acute, the pains also bring mental suffering and memories, is negative, whatever

I wanted to ask the same question today🤔

does it matter at what time you fall asleep?
Like is there a defference if you still sleep 8-9 hrs but fall asleep around 3/4 in the night between falling asleep at 10/11?

I find I perform best when I sleep for 5 hours, with a 90 minute nap 4-5 hours after awakening.
 
It’s crazy bro my jaw structure changed over night
