How much of a halo is having a wide frame? Obviously you look like less of a wimp and fill out shirts better but realistically does it add much to smv? Basically would it make foids approach you when they otherwise wouldn’t if you didn’t have the frame?

I’m only 6 foot so not crazy tall but my frame is really strong as I frame mog many guys taller than me (22 inch bidelt). Feel like it makes me stand out but I’m not sure if it’s the frame or the ND facial expression

I have a similar bidelt but I’m like 6’2-6’3” and I felt that mine was pretty strong so yours must be very good
But its definitely less important than face, height etc. It helps, especially if you’re 6+

As long as you’re 6’0”+ then an additional inch of bideltoid is probably worth more than additional inch of height. Getting to the ideal ratio (3.8-4.0x head width) requires an extreme high bideltoid.

6’2” and 18” is pretty brutal
Are you gymmaxxed? I gained a lot from just working out and fixing my posture tbh although some of it is probably bone

however i attribute it to the fact im still only tanner stage 3
most bidelt growth occurs at tanner 4

Pretty important, more important than muscle mass and leaness because you can have a good physique if you dont have alot of mass but cant have a good physique if youre bidelt is small

I’m only 20 inch at 6’4 but I don’t think it looks uncanny it’s just that I’m skinny
