How important is bigonial width?

So i got wide cheekbones and after 7 months of hard chewing my bigonials (jaw width) are barely 80% the width of my byzygos (cheekbone). I go on true rate me and nearly all the good looking men have a 1:1 ratio or close to it. Should I keep chewing or is surgery the only way?
