How important is gym too loose fat?

Can you simply just be in a calorie deficit or do you need go to the gym as well?
 
The part of body you want to loose fat on, you need to workout

Gym isn't necessary, but muscularity increases your basal metabolic rate (BMR) which means you'll burn more calories naturally

barely, for me working out actually makes it harder, if i didnt have to care about macro's and getting food to build muscle, i would just starve myself, thats the easiest way
