We can say for sure that looks achieve the latter with relative ease, but with height, it seems to be murkier and there's no clear consensus as of late.

You benefit from each inch of height you gain until the 6'2 - 6'4 range (higher is niche) from what I've seen. Increased response rates, less likely to be filtered from search results, plus taller heights are promoted in the media/culture as being attractive (therefore easier for women to brag about their partners), it also mogs IRL when you are standing next to other men.

But if you have a decent face you'll be fine if 5'10 - 5'11. Way better to be a Chad 5'10 than a HTN 6'2.
