How important is muscle for young girls(14-18) Should I cut more aggressively?

Young girls don‘t care about muscle. Only face and I need to debloat that

Bro don't fall for the starving meme at your age you need as much calories as possible. If you continue staving you'll stunt your growth and become a depressed anorexic manlet. Just look at curlyheadjames before and after. That's whats gonna happen to you if you don't stop this nonsence. Also if you think becoming lean will give you chiseled mogger jaw you're completely deluded by this low iq forum. You need good bone structure in the first place and to get this bone structure you need to go through puberty. I'd say eat in a slight calorie surplus and exercise otherwise this will be you in a couple months

1/4 of a dinner plate of whatever food my mom cooks. 1kg of Skyr Joghurt, 250ml milk, and as many water protein shakes you can drink without puking your guts out. That is my eating plan I stick to. If you I only drink 1 shake I am at 1000 and if more I am 200cals above(but that is not problem as I workout daily)

I would rather kill myself in a few weeks than endure mediocre weightloss that takes twice the time and keeps me from getting a gf. I have experienced mediocre weightloss for over 1 and 1/2 years now and my patience has run out. When I do a mild diet I tend to overeat or cheat but with this extreme diet I haven’t cheated once in 3 weeks

for real though get some muscle on you, even if you are young its worth investing in your body for your future success
 
You need to add mass. Just do it by lifting and eating while trying to keep bodyfat at 15% or so while gaining.
 
No natty human can recover training the same muscle 5 days a week. But congrats for you trying it out. I consume way too low calories for that
I train upper body only 6 days a week and I’m natty
 
The main question is how important muscle and if I should continue to cut more aggressive. Is it worth to safe more muscle(already lost a ton) and take a slower cut or should I continue my 1000cal diet to 10%bf to be finally done(My mental health is deteriorating) Am I too skinny muscle wise for a 14-15 gf? You can also guess my bodyfat if you want(most of my fat is in my face and tummy RIP). Don’t mind my autistic facial expressions
You should just go on grindr and find a nice BBC. You'll have no problem with those pics
