How important is nose to mouth width ratio?

My nose is slightly out of the "ideal" range im just wondering how much of a failo is it or if it even matters.
 
It matters,there are other mor eimportsnt rhhings tho so ifts only slightly, leave it

Mfr isn't the most important ratio. It's eye seperation/ipd. And second is nose to mouth width ratio. Mfr is always below nose to mouth
