hey so I'm already 18 (2007.10.14) and 4 months and my question is is 7 hours of sleep enough to ascend and general health at this age or is it still important to reach for a solid 8 hours sleeping session every day? I feel like I can function with this amount, ofc I feel a little bit more energyc but not by a big margin, so should I stick with 7-7.5 or try to get 7.5-8 or maybe even 8.5? I'm gonna look up the replys (if theres any lol) tomorrow cuz I'm already cooked at 0:26 with waking up at 7:00 (online school rn thats why) but yh if it's not a dumb question please answer it with actual explanations with hormones and bone development, thankya
