How important is the philtrum is facial aesthetics?

Getting Bimax and my current model tier concave philtrum might become flat or even sharp

Is this a risk worth taking for a larger lefort 1 movement and more forward growth or should I just be high inhib and do a small movement?

its important for chin to philtrum ratio , if your chin is average(or imo even below average) in length, a short philtrum balances it.

its important for chin to philtrum ratio , if your chin is average(or imo even below average) in length, a short philtrum balances it.

its mostly only important cuz of chin ratio. just like saying a wide nose is bad if it fucks up ur mouth to nose ratio for example

is there any way to avoid your philtrum changing when doing bimax? its one of the best features that i have but I need DJS
