How important is the size of your house ?

It's well known women care about money and status. Unless you are chad you need to bring other things to the table. An expensive sports car is definitely a plus. But what about the importance of your home ? I live in a small and older apartment with a small living room and kitchen and just 1 small bedroom. Are girls going to be turned off by this ? I bet they judge men more on this than we realize.
