very important. Start supplementing on top of trying to go outside for a few minutes.

Your mom is right, you should listen to her. She seems like a smart person.

Without vitamin D3, your body has no reason to live

It supports many processes in your body for example testosterone production

I have a severe deficiency in vit D.

Vitamin D boosts testosterone and fights depression.

If you go to the doctor for low testosterone one of the first things they test for is Vitamin D deficiency.

If you are depressed, supplementing with vitamin D might also work.

Yes, you can get Vitamin D from the sun, and is the best source, but supplementing with Vitamin D3 5000ui a day is way easier.

Eggs are also high in Vitamin D and will also give you a nice testosterone boost.

Lmao “it boosts test!” It’s a fucking essential vitamin you just need it

Take 10000IU D3 and mcg of K2 daily

No need for sun because sun kills collagen

The male reproductive tract has been identified as a target tissue for vitamin D, and previous data suggest an association of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] with testosterone levels in men. We therefore aimed to evaluate whether vitamin D supplementation influences testosterone levels in men. Healthy overweight men undergoing a weight reduction program who participated in a randomized controlled trial were analyzed for testosterone levels. The entire study included 200 nondiabetic subjects, of whom 165 participants (54 men) completed the trial. Participants received either 83 μg (3,332 IU) vitamin D daily for 1 year (n = 31) or placebo (n =2 3). Initial 25(OH)D concentrations were in the deficiency range (< 50 nmol/l) and testosterone values were at the lower end of the reference range (9.09-55.28 nmol/l for males aged 20-49 years) in both groups. Mean circulating 25(OH)D concentrations increased significantly by 53.5 nmol/l in the vitamin D group, but remained almost constant in the placebo group. Compared to baseline values, a significant increase in total testosterone levels (from 10.7 ± 3.9 nmol/l to 13.4 ± 4.7 nmol/l; p < 0.001), bioactive testosterone (from 5.21 ± 1.87 nmol/l to 6.25 ± 2.01 nmol/l; p = 0.001), and free testosterone levels (from 0.222 ± 0.080 nmol/l to 0.267 ± 0.087 nmol/l; p = 0.001) were observed in the vitamin D supplemented group. By contrast, there was no significant change in any testosterone measure in the placebo group. Our results suggest that vitamin D supplementation might increase testosterone levels. Further randomized controlled trials are warranted to confirm this hypothesis.

Brutal for my t levels

LOL, you are beyond low iq if u think this.

“One of the main environmental factors that ages our skin is ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. In fact, it’s estimated that 90% of skin aging is due to the effects of the sun!¹ The sun causes proteins in our skin to deteriorate, leading to the loss of our youthful appearance over time. On the bright side, this type of aging can be prevented with proper sun protection. Elastin and collagen are two proteins that help keep our skin looking youthful. Elastin, as the name suggests, helps keep the skin elastic. In other words, it’s what gives our skin bounce and resiliency.² Collagen, on the other hand, helps our skin to maintain its rigidity.”

vitamine D3, is important obnviously. You should get enough with normal food and sun exposure. No need to go extra outside or tanning. Would not recomend. Photo againg skin is a bitch for the skin quality in the future.

I refuse to sunbath. I take supplement.

Vitamne D3. Helps to make Calcium being absobed by the body. Many people deficient in K2, that vitamine causes that calcium gets transported to the bones, and then there being absorbed by the body. people with shortage in K2, the calcium doesn't reach the bones, and get absrbed/stuck to the vains and stuff which is bad.

extremely important. also vitamin k2, zinc and magnesium are very important as well.

all of these increase bone density. high bone density = chad

Won't necessarily improve your looks but it's still pretty important

Literally everyone is deficient, even some people who work in the sun all day (especially blacks, who don't absorb D as well because of melanin and shit). It affects so many processes in the human body it's not even funny, it's a steroid.
Probably the one supplement everyone should take tbh, especially with sunlight being pretty much poison. Take K2 with it so the calcium is redirected to your bones.
Take 10000IU D3 and mcg of K2 daily

No need for sun because sun kills collagen

I wouldn't personally take more than 7K IU daily. This high of a dose can lead to toxicity long term IMO. Testing your levels at the doctor would be best but I don't leave the house.
