come late around 7 pm in the day after workcelling for their pajeet boss. no headphone or warm up. just come right in and start hitting the reps. do 40 reps each set with woman weights, talk for 1 minute, then 40 reps again, talk for two minutes , 40 reps again. shift to another workout do the same thing. repeat 6 times a week 90 minutes everyday. results: still fat bloated and 0 muscle after 3 years in the gym. the only guy who looks like he lifts in the gym is on tren and one gigamanlet who fills out frame so easily that he could run on the treadmill and stil gain muscle.
