How is David Laids skull so THICK here

Wtf happened. He’s not fat or bloated bc his cheeks are still hollowed and he always stayed a low bf%. But just look at how thick his skull looks now. Idk if this is morphed or anything I just found it randomly from here. If it’s real then it’s proof that skull can keep growing, wether that’s from roids or smth.
